My new (and somewhat different) album is out today. Its name is Folk-Lore (Holy Hoof Records, 2023), and it comprises 10 revisions of traditional folk songs with newly made arrangements and interpretations. While preparing a new instrumental guitar record, I started putting together a collection of traditional songs that I am very fond of, and it resulted in a whole new (sung!) album with some marvelous collaborators like Alondra Bentley, Vaz Oliver, or Eloy Platas ‘Lume’.
All songs are traditional folk tunes passed down through generations via oral tradition.
